- Roasts: Rump Roast, Round Roast, and/or Chuck Roasts (you get a couple really nice roasts)
- Stew meat
- approx. 20/lbs of ground beef (1 pound packages)
- Variety cuts… you will not receive all of these, but you will get a nice combination of ribs, brisket, try tip, cube steak, sirloin tip, London broil
